Walked in on a cloudy day and was serenaded by a teller (can't remember the tune but had to do with sunshine.). Clearly a fun vibe as the manager was sitting the teller asked me to do g with her and I obliged but the manager was like nook. It was all in good fun. Chill place and not at all full of themselves.

I came here last week and a gentleman cashed my PUA checks with no problem! Today, this lady will not let me. Refuses to give me any money from the check. But, I received the money last week without any problems! Completely unexpected!! Please get everyone on the page!! Ridiculous!!

One of the best FNB branches around. Definitely top three with McKnight & Grant St downtown. People are wonderful & kind. If you work with them, they’ll work with you! Tellers always remember my name & ask about my life. Efficient at their jobs! Asst Manager Logan is an asset! Very polite, courteous, and patient. Go see him for any loans you may need! Branch is an older branch, but it’s well maintained and has the community bank feel. ATM recently updated but still needs a sun visor for when the sun is behind or directly above the customer using the machine because the screen is barely legible on a sunny day! Then again, many atms have this flaw. Drive thru and Saturday hours available here!
