      I have had account with the bank for at least 10 years. I went to this branch to deposit some checks from my wedding to leave on my honeymoon tomorrow. I had to repeat two times that this a deposit transaction and not a withdrawal. She then proceeds to say she can’t deposit them because they have my new husbands name in addition to mine. I asked her if I call him and he gives consent to deposit them and she said no, that in order to use them they have to finger print, ID, can fill out forms with both of us present or a joint account. I told her that I was on my lunch break had less then hour, and that was not realistic and we just got married in Saturday (less then 1 week ago) I understand customer protections, but this was an inconvenience. Not to mention she was not helpful, friendly and was rude. Safe to say I will be closing my accounts and moving banks.
