      This is the only bank in town and the atm is constantly broke down

      Bad customer service. If the branch closes at 4, they’ll set the drive up lanes to say closed by 3.45. Service is slow, and even if you’re in drive up line before closing time, they’ll still refuse to serve you if you get to the drive up teller after closing time. I literally saw a branch employee come out and shoo people away saying they’re done for the day. Thankfully FNB has better branches in the area.
