      The branch manager lied to my face and said that she could not reopen an account or open a new account for me and that her computer didn't tell her why. After calling customer service they said that they weren't sure why and that I could. They called her and she told them that it was because she felt my proof of my identity, with my out of state driver's license and SS card and my last bank card with FNB, was not sufficient. She didn't have to lie. All she had to say was she felt uneasy with my credentials. If I lie to prospective customers it's not only my wallet that's effected but my reputation would be tarnished. If a banker especially the branch manager lied it's the reputation of every branch that bank has. I will never refer FNB to anyone and will definitely never do business with them.
