      Thought small town banking would be better. Turns out not so much. Only had the acct 2 months. Took 2 weeks to get the debit card and it was over a long weekend so it was hard to get to any funds. Recently there was a double charge and when i called to find out what was happening, small town friendly, made to do the work myself to call the merchant (2 hours later) to find out it was indeed a banking error. NO APPOLOGY, NO RETURN PHONE CALL. They did however threaten to close my acct while waiting on a direct deposit. So I went to the ATM and took my money out, thankfully so, since they waited till Friday evening to close my acct with a transaction pending and leave me without access to my remaining funds again. NICE JOB SMALL TOWN BANK, NICE JOB. Cristy Tull and Debbie Evans are not friendly or helpful at all beware.
