      RUDE!!! Every time I call them even for something simple, they act as if you are bothering them! I am literally so sweet everytime I call in hopes that they will change their attitude. It never works! You can literally hear the sarcasm in their voice and hear them huffing and puffing. If you get locked out of your online banking, they WILL belittle you! Horrible customer service! I spent years In the banking industry and the bank that I worked for took pride in their customer service! That is NOT the case here! If people on here are saying that they are nice, it's probably because they know them personally. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! If you work here and you are seeing this, remember...your customers are part of what makes a business!!!! Just because you don't want to come to work, you should still put a smile on your face and treat people with respect!
