One of the most family oriented places to work for and bank at.....They truly treat you like family. Everyone is kind, respectful and resourceful. I came here for a 230k mortgage on a 2 bed 2 bath. The loan advisor Debrah acting like everything would be fine the entire time I was going through the process. My credit score was 800 and everything else lined up. The appraisal came back 50k under what the builder and I agreed to. Debrah said yeah with the 2/2’s it hard cause there is nothing to compare it too. I asked her if there was anything else for us to do to move forward she said no. I talked to the builder about doing a 3/2 that would have more comparables and we found what we thought would work. I told Debrah that I had a frustrating experience so far and would be trying to go through first financial as well and she told me she didn’t even want to do it and that I should go to them. She was unprofessional the entire time and obviously does not care about her clients.
