      Rachel Crider was highly recommended to us. I was contacted a day or two after submitted our applications but missed the call. Once I finally got ahold of her, she stated that we needed to get our schools up just a little bit and that was needed to pay some credit cards down just a little bit. She then stated that she was going to send me a game plan to help up and I never received anything. The only results I got out of this was a 12 point decrease on my credit so now I will continue to wait and try to figure things out on our own. I was told if it wasn't an "easy deal" then I probably wouldn't get any help and now I believe it.
