      I can say I love this bank. There are 2 members of this team that I can give high kudos to I'm always treated with dignity and respect weather its in person or over the phone. These 2 people have my upmost respect one is Sam in Bastrop branch the one in customer service. She goes beyond her job duties to help me I be so stressed. Everytime I have an issue I ask for Sam she never let's me down. Sam was on vacation once I needed her that experience was a horrible one. Enough about Sam I need not say no more her customer service is 1,000. My 2nd person is Loretta in Smithville shes always been respectful to me she is very friendly, respectful and is welling to go beyond her job title as well I call on her when I'm in Smithville. Thes 2 are amazing. Keep up the best work ladies. You 2 got my vote in the best of Bastrop. Thank you First National Bank
