      Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this bank. First Secure Bank’s mission statement is “to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, service with a warm and friendly smile, and competitive rates on all our products.” However, after making a mistake with a local small business owner’s loan where they even acknowledged their mistake they refuse to work with this customer. A bank who can’t do their accounting correctly and won’t work with you after making a mistake is not the bank for you or any small business owner. Maybe one day they will change and aspire for 100% customer service satisfaction, I won’t hold my breath.
