  I really don't make a ton of reviews, but this experience needs one. Tracey Behrens is hands down the BEST realtor out there, now I know that sounds way to exaggerated, but it's not! We have been house hunting for almost a year now and are finally closing on the 22nd. Our expirences with other realtors just were not the best, they didn't provide alot of information or had any concerns about rbe property, werent engaging with us and just had a overall bad vibe to them. Yes our loan amount wasn't alot but they made us feel like we weren't worth their time and just stayed on their phones, now Tracey if a house had a bad feel to it or she had any concerns she told us right away. She knows we had 2 kids at the time and another on the way, so safety is number 1 priority! If we had a house we really wanted to see Tracey would try and get us in ASAP! No matter the day or time, if she can make it happen she would! My husband one day had car trouble and we had to drive extra careful and slow, Tracey made sure she was driving near us and close to make sure we were okay, she even kept tabs and called or texted us to make sure we were okay! At the time we had a 3 year old and a 1 year old, when viewing houses Tracey would keep the kids indoor and let my husband and I view the basement or the outside, she just took them under her wing and they are so comfortable with her! I seriously can't say enough amazing things about her! She isn't just an real estate agent now she's a friend! If you really want an AMAZING, caring and overall the top tier real estate agent. Seriously get Tracey Behrens. You will never be disappointed!!

  We had the opportunity to work with Melissa Garcia, I have sold a few houses, and she is one of the best we have had the chance to work with. She is to the point, honest and not pushy. Her knowledge of the market, is so spot on. Amazing amazing amazing. Give her a call and the chance to save a little on commission costs as well! We will work with her again! Thank you
