      This credit union is a joke. Tried to call to discuss an issue related to a trip and keeping my account open and serviceable and these clowns will call me back the next business day. I’ve been a member for over 30 years and their customer service is lower than a snakes belly. We should all close our accounts until they provide a reasonable level of service. I can get better service from a corner loan shark. Unbelievable. The executives who lead this company should gang themselves for their mismanagement and degrading of the once great service to their members.

      I have banked with this bank for over 30 years and I am moving my accounts to another credit union. Their "technology" is very frustrating and unhelpful. I want to be able to deal with people when I need to.
