      incredibly helpful, speedy, friendly, and professional. Mackenzie helped me out a lot and that customer focus is refreshing compared to going to regular banks.

      Be extremely careful with any loan done through Westmark, If you set up a loan through them and set up auto-pay, nobody will guide you through the process of their antique system and when there is a minor mistake that should have been told upfront by the person telling you how/when to do something they will not stand behind their mistakes and will not help rectify the issue in anyway. The branch manager while polite was basically useless and would not provide me with details of someone above her I could discuss the issue with. I have given Westmark every opportunity to correct the situation.
