The bank charged me $5 monthly inactivity fee without any written notice or email notice. The representative refused to refund the fee for the inactivity, instead, the representative tried to sell me more product such as the benefits checking account and asked me to put more money into the bank to avoid the inactivity fee instead of fixing their notification system or provide better support.
