      This bank is incredible. Just switched from the "Sad" bank across town. The mortgage department took care of my refinance to perfection a couple of months ago. Also, the credit analyst group are some of the hardest workers I know. They are a group of really talented folks. They work with a fire in their bellies for pleasing the customer. Wish I could give more stars.

      First United Bank is my bank. This is the bank that actually treats me like family. They work with you as an individual, not as one of the mass. I have used other banks in my travels and all the major corporate banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, or Bank of America) will leave you extremely disappointed after working with First United. I have never had to wait on hold to talk to my loan officer or any other member of First United. Any issue I have is quickly resolved, and any questions I have are quickly answered. The phone app is easy to use and provides access to actually banking on the go. Everything you need in a bank and more you can find here at First United.
