  I really love the staff their so kind and friendly all the time. Very professional atmosphere . It feels good when everyone knows your name . All their banking services are top notch. Wish their where more branches around .

  This bank is a modern bank with the charm of a true community bank. I do my business and personal banking here and I can honestly say this has been the best banking experience I have ever had. It feels so good to be able to walk into a bank and be greeted by everyone and treated as an appreciated customer. I am not the biggest customer of theirs by a long shot but the staff at this bank has always gone out of their ways to listen to my needs and take care of my business as if it is their own business. My commercial banker Pilar Castillo has been way more than a banker for me and my business. He has been a true partner in every step of the way in sustaining and growing my business. My business is in a very cyclical industry and it will be impossible to run without a banker who truly understands it. Pilar has always gone out of his way to try to learn what we are trying to do and came up with a solution for us. During these tough times with the global pandemic affecting every aspect of our lives, it is so assuring to know that I have a banker who will go to bat for me every time. I can honestly say without hesitation Laura Greg who is a banking officer at the Avery Ranch branch is one of the most kind and nicest people I have ever met. The only thing outshines her friendly demeanor is her professionalism. She always take care of you with an extraordinary efficiency and with a kindest smile on her face. Without a doubt this is the best bank I have ever dealt with in my lifetime and I wholeheartedly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a lasting banking relationship.
