      The Bella Vista Branch is the most customer service oriented bank we have worked with here in Arkansas! They answer our questions, work with us, and have a "I really do care about your banking business, and YOU!" attitude. This is not what we have seen at another well known bank's Bella Vista locations.

      Racist and territorial. Avoid this bank at ALL costs. I applied for a loan, and was turned down before the application was even reviewed, simply due to the bank believing (for reasons I'm not aware of) that I'm not a full time resident of Bella Vista. Nowhere does the bank state they only work with 'full time locals', but this type of exclusionary business practice is shocking and frankly unacceptable by modern day standards. They shouldn't get any business and do not deserve any business from the NWA community.
