      I went to cash a check from a FirstBank member and they demanded my fingerprints and social security number to cash it because I'm not a member. I have never had to do that anywhere and felt like it was some kind of government or police shakedown. When I asked what was up, an employee whom I wasn't speaking with butted in and said it wasn't their fault it was the new company. I told her I was gonna pass the word along about this. She said her nor FirstBank cared because I'm not a member. Terrible service! This was the branch bank on Old Gallatin Road.
