  I am very particular (retired designer) and my eagle eye catches everything. Working with Lee and his crew was fantastic. I have not one complaint or issue. Fischer’s had a wide variety of options for carpet and laminate flooring. My materials arrived so quickly and my whole house was finished before I knew it! The crews cleaned up constantly and were extremely polite. I never felt inconvenienced that so much work was being done. I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much. We love our home even more now.

  We have dealt with Lee Fisher for some years. We had an estimate for flooring to be done while we were away. Despite the fact that I was told the job was completed, it in fact was NEVER done. And we had paid IN FULL 4 months before. I was very angry and disappointed. I waited for an apology and explanation. His calls to my cell never came thru, yet he never tried to call my home or email me. I went to the store- he was clearly embarrassed but still no apology and no explanation. I told him that he should make it good for me. He offered only 10% off. I rejected that and asked for 20%. Again, a long time without a call or an email- the communication in fact sucked. I could communicate with Kathy his office manager but Lee simply could not find the time. Finally , yes finally he called and we agreed NOT to have him do the job and got a full refund. The whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth and I did not want him to do the job. We agreed. I will NEVER use him again for anything for sure, and even at this writing, I still have NOT gotten an explanation. I have given the job to another floor firm and it was 500$ cheaper.

  We were very pleased with the great, friendly service we received from the whole Fishers Carpet One team. Our wood floors and carpeting look great. Definitely recommend!
