      We deposited a check through the atm and we weren't told that even though it shows in our account that it has been deposited, that we wouldn't be able to use the money until the 21st. We have had nothing but troubles with this bank since we opened it almost 2 years ago.

Once verified, the hold on the account will be adjusted in accordance to our Funds Availability Policy, which can be found on all our ATM's and inside our branches.

      Switch to them few months ago, and experience was overall the worst experience I’ve dealt with. Staff did not communicate how the service’s they offer work, was told two different stories from two different staff members. They charged me more fees in one week then the bank I had before them, charged me in three months.. Overall awful experience, and I think training on how to communicate effectively on coverages of their service, should be reviewed and revised.
