I wasn't sure of the process to open a new account so I called and talked to Megan at the TR branch. She said just to come down to the drive up window, tell them I needed a new account and they'd do the rest. I never had to get out of the truck. After I left the window Megan met me out front with the paperwork and after I signed, the process was done. Never opened an account so easily. Thanks Megan for all your help!

I went here to just exchange a ten for some quarters, and they wouldn't do so unless i had an account. They weren't rude, but the bank across the street does this no problem, so them trying to use that as a segway to open an account with them wasn't appreciated. The reason they gave was "they had to track the money" which is very confusing, why is the bank tracking who gets quarters? Oh well.
