  Mitch at this branch is so helpful whenever my family needs help setting up things with accounts. He quickly responds and does his best to help us out with whatever the issue may be. I wish this bank were closer to my home as it has been much more helpful than the branch near my home.

  Very poor customer service. I was nearby looking for a Flagstar branch, and found this one. I noticed it had two and a half Stars and thought who would rate a bank poorly. I will, and here's my experience. I was the only customer in the lobby and it took over 25 minutes at the counter to deposit two checks. Someone was waiting at the drive up window the entire time! The teller seemed new to the job and the manager came over twice to help, but seemed like she wanted the teller to struggle through her confusion. If it was on the job training, it should have been resolved after the first visit of the manager to help. While I had the time to wait, I can't imagine visiting that branch and being in a hurry and leaving satisfied.

  If you want to get a mortgage loan never, I repeat, NEVER let Angelika Trudgeon, the loan officer at this branch, handle your stuff for you. She’s unreliable and she’s a very indifferent person. She acts like we were the ones working for her when she’s actually working for us. Applied for a mortgage loan through Flagstar bank and she was assigned to us. 2 weeks later and still nothing, no response, no pre-approval letter from her..nothing. She claims that she will email it to us after she received some documents from us; emailed it to her and she thrown us to another employee. Emailed the other employee and also, no response from him. Don’t waste your time here if you’re actively searching or looking for a home. This branch does not deserve my one star but I have no option but to give them a star. I bank with Flagstar but not at this branch. Very disappointing!
