  Both Dwight and Kenna have been a pleasure to deal with here. The hours of this branch allowing later times during the week (until 6) along with weekend hours help make it easy to get the help you need! Flagstar's website may have some login issues from time to time but that is not the fault of this location. They are awesome here!

  Keena Hadash and her staff at Flagstar Bank are wonderful human beings and competent bankers. They have always treated me with respect. They provide efficient banking services and have always answered my questions. They have also been very attentive to my small business needs.

  My daughter wanted to open a savings account with her change. I called to find out if there was a fee for them to count the change. Since it was 43 pounds of change, they had to make a phone call to find out. They were very nice and helpful. They called me back to tell me I had to roll it since they do not have a coin counting machine. They did tell me where the closest coin machine was, though.
