      Do yourself a favor and stay away from flagstar in general not just an in particular branch, my card wasn't working an I wasn't able to buy fuel to get home i called to see why and she said it was because one of my other accounts was in the negitave and i would need to transfer money to it to unlock the card so when i got on the app to transfer it i saw hundreds of dollars missing due to transactions i didnt make, so i called back and the next lady said my card number had been stolen and it was flagged for fraud. WHY DIDNT SHE TELL ME THAT, she also said it had been in the negative 2 months when it was actually 1 week PLUS have fees for things most people have probably never even heard of. As well as different employees will give you different answers to the same question, Flagstar is not worth the headache you will get or the fees you will be charged for things that you didn't know existed, You will be misled at every turn. Don't get played like I did.
