      I had to have all my accounts closed and new ones opened due to a lock that was placed on all my accounts after a fraudulent transaction was posted to my checking account. The branch was very helpful in finding out what was going on because I had not been notified that there was a lock placed on my accounts. The new accounts were set up very efficiently by the branch and manually made a transfer that had been rejected so that I did not ru into any financial difficulties. I appreciated all the help.
