  I went to this bank for a mortgage loan and Cj is the worst loan officer I’ve ever experienced and I use to work in the mortgage department at a credit union, His head needs to shrink and when I didn’t like the realtor he recommended, he told me I would need to fin another place to get a loan- AFTER I had gone through the pre approval. After confronting the bank and CJ’s boss I was transferred to Sarah at a different branch. My experience with her was more professional, however after I put an offer in on a house, and my offer was excepted and I did my inspection… I found out I could not get the loan due to being on unemployment a year ago- this should have been told to me by CJ, my first loan officer and then especially by my second loan officer- Sarah. It’s a loan officers job to tell the buyer the truth from the start- not after you are under contract and already paid for an inspection. Very sad experience with the mortgage department!
