Flagstar has to be the worst company to get a loan from! I've had several loans throughout my life. They've all been quite systematic, professional and easy to deal with. In Flagstar, the departments CLEARLY don not communicate with one another. The continuous, redundant onslaught of calls and letters are enough to consider a harassment charge. I do everything the ask and it doesn't seem to satisfy their system. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM FLAGSTAR!!
