      This bank makes it impossible to manage finances. (1) You don’t have the authority to change your own pin unless you have access to the PIN number they gave you. Otherwise they’ll make you request another one of THEIR PIN numbers. (Of course you won’t remember it). (2) Don’t misplace your card! They’ll send you a new one in 10 days. Oh, but when it arrives you’ll have to wait another 5 days for the PIN number that has been mailed separately just to access the funds in your account! (3) You will get charged $10 for a “excess transfer fee” every time you actually spend the money you have in your account. (Applies to savings account spending). (4) Don’t even bother calling to speak to a representative. You’ll be on hold for 27 min (...and counting).

      This is the worst, unprofessional, and inexperienced people I have ever dealt with. They don't answer calls, return emails and live in the stone age lacking email and basic operations. I will never deal with this bank again.
