  Had a great experience with Laurie McClave DeCresie refinancing our vehicles in less than a week. Lowered our payments pretty significantly, no payments for 90 days, better coverage with extended warranty, gap insurance and payment protection and we got $700 cash back between our two vehicles! If you want to look into refinancing your vehicles (in Florida) don’t hesitate to contact Laurie. She is awesome to work with and a true professional. Very happy customer!

  I've finally had enough of this place.... Absolute terrible customer service 😒 Been a member here for 20 years finally had enough of new people who have no clue what's going on every other week, management here is a joke TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY- THEIR SECURITY IS A JOKE!!!! I have found fraud on my account not once, not twice, but three times- and each time, had to call THEM & notify THEM of the fraud!! Super unhelpful, only one local branch location which has literally been closed since the start of COVID, and they don't care about you or your money. I beg you to take your money literally anywhere else, please!

Dealing with fraudulent transactions on your account can be very frustrating, and we apologize that you are experiencing this. We have security features in place and team members working behind the scenes to detect and prevent most fraudulent transactions. However, since no system is perfect, we also encourage our members to review their accounts on a regular basis and promptly report suspicious activity. When floridacentral is informed about fraudulent transactions, we work quickly to address the situation. We would like the opportunity to resolve this issue immediately. Our St. Pete branch adjusted their hours this morning due to pandemic-related staffing shortages, but it is open if you would like to visit in person.
