  There were so many things that impressed us. the communication was amazing, and the patience with our odd schedules was more than I could ask for. There was never an unprofessional moment, yet it felt like I was talking to a friend. I always recieved replies in a timely manner and all questions were fielded with excellent customer service and thorough answers, we started without much of a clue of what to do and Chris guided us through the process so kindly and he was *so* knowledgeable. I honestly think we would not have been able to buy a home without Fluent Mortgage and Chris' help.
