  It took almost a half hour just to cash a simple $12.50 check, written on one of their own bank accounts...I was the only one in line, yet it took almost 10 minutes to get to the window. Meanwhile, the guy at the next window was trying to pay something off, but they didn't have the right person there to take the payment...I won't be going there to bank anytime soon.
