Worst bank for online banking , I pay bills online with my account info and routing number but the bank doesn't pay the bill and causes its customers to incur late fees due to their incompetent online banking . I'm sick of this bank not paying when I pay my bills online, I have had to pay out hundreds of dollars due to FNBO not honoring the payment that is set up online. WORST BANK FOR ONLINE BANKING , NOT EVEN WORTH A HALF OF A STAR

Super friendly, nice words, but inconsistent to help. No more time to waste playing your games, followed by the hard wall. I will pay the fees or whatever, close my account to get what ever of my money that I can get back. 30 years of loyalty mean nothing when banks get bought and sold and bought and sold.......
