  This place should get closed, they are thieves and do not care for customers at all, I opened several company and personal accounts but they treated me with no business sense, I never had such bad experience with any bank, bank representatives are unprofessional and liars. Another important thing their cyber security is useless, anyone can take out money from your account and you would just end up disputing it for several months with no results, there is no guarantee your money is safe with this bank, This is the main reason why I am going to switch my bank, we need to bank with institutes who can protect our money and treat us with respect.

  I’ve been banking at PNC for several years, this is the first time I’ve gone to the Algonquin branch. I was getting ready to close on a home and got to the branch just before it opened to get a cashiers check. I parked in the front facing Randall Road and patiently waited since it was opening in a few minutes. Right before the bank open an employee came up to my window and told me they were about to open and I had to leave the parking lot?!?! She said it was a safety requirement (I would think that safety would be not walking up to strangers cars in a parking lot but I digress) while other cars were present I was the only car told to leave. I left for the few minutes and came back to get my banking done. While in the bank I was approached again by this employee and the bank manager saying this was a corporate safety requirement. Look I just wanted to do my banking and get out of the bank. This whole event actually felt like discrimination as I was the only car asked to move when about 6-8 other cars were in the lot with people waiting. I told the manager my concern but she said they were all employees waiting to get it. I guess all the employees park directly in the front spots and don’t leave those for customers. It was clear to me that they were not all employees but I just needed my cashiers check. I left but this has me questioning my banking with PNC and I will never go to the Algonquin branch again if I remain a customer.
