Rudest manager ever . Needs to be fired ! Tried to see what was going on with my account which there holding my money , and she told me that she would close my account for trying to figure our why I couldn’t get my money ! Worst customer service ever !

My husband went in Monday evening to apply for a credit card and was told he would be called Tuesday with an answer as the people that do that were “gone for the day”. On Wednesday he still hadn’t heard anything so he called and the person he was dealing with on Monday was off. He explained the situation and rather than putting him in contact with someone that could help him they just told him to call back Wednesday. Left a message Wednesday and no return phone call. Thursday (today) he went to the main branch in Clarksville and was immediately approved and told that the Wal-Mart branch had done nothing in terms of putting in for a card for him. Thank goodness for the main branches, apparently the only thing the Wal-Mart branch is good for is cashing checks.
