  Very good have a few loans with them in past rates a bit higher than some but lower than others credit karma says loans here are 50% less than others have

  I liked this bank when I lived near them. I was known as the "Quarter Guy on a Bike" because I would occasionally be biking through their drive-thru to get a handful of quarters for the laundromat. There had only been a few instances where the service was inadequate, like I remember being in the building and it felt like it took an hour before I was able to make a simple withdrawal/deposit. There was also a time during one of the drive-thru visits, where it took almost forever for the people behind the window to even know I was there, ready to use their service. Their ATMs have a tendency to not work after a while and for quite a lengthy period of time. Which made withdrawing from them, quite a pain to deal with. Their online banking is honestly one of the best I've ever seen, such easy to use and UI-friendly. Overall, not a bad bank, it just has it's occasional inconveniences.

  I love the bank itself but this branch is slow as hell on their drive thru areas. I swear the people there don’t know how to do their jobs. Just today my husband and I sat in line for an hour just for me to deposit money. There was only 2 lines open and each line had 2 cars a piece. This is just ridiculous. They need to speed up their drive thru service.
