  Ian went above and beyond to help guide us through every step of the process. He was very patient answering all of our questions, educating us as first-time homebuyers so that we felt confident and were prepared. As a result of his guidance and hard work, the process of buying our home was quick and smooth without any surprises.   This is my third transaction with Ian Wright and he is the only lender we will ever use. He assisted with a seamless home purchase in April 2017, a refinance in October 2020 and another new home purchase just now in March of 2022. He is super responsive. He cares enough to explain any barriers to your understanding of parts of the process because it matters to him that the transaction goes as seamlessly as possible. He goes above and beyond for his clients and keeps them in the loop every step of the way. I refer all of my friends and family to Ian and they all have similarly wonderful things to say. Big banks just can’t give you the type of personalized service Ian does, even if they draw you in with low (and often unrealistic) interest rates. You are paying for expertise and individualized attention you can’t get from anyone like you can from Ian. Thanks for helping us into our new home on this wild market and guiding us through all the loan options we needed to pick the one that was best for our family!

  As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I had done research beforehand, but needed guidance and structure. Ian and his team provided just that! We are beyond grateful for their expertise! With my fiance's work gap we were nervous about being unable to qualify for a loan. Ian and his team made it happen and whipped up a fully underwritten pre-approval! Ian was professional, personal, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. He was communicative and readily available to answer any of our questions at all times. He really made us comfortable in the loan process and guided us every step of the way.
