      This was our first home purchase, transitioning from long-term renters to owners in under a month. The process was dizzying and daunting to us and we were naive about the process. Nicole helped us navigate the financial side of the process and definitely had our best interests at heart. She guided us throughout and explained (in clear, understandable terms, often in real-time) our options and what would work best for us, and was immediately responsive to any questions I had. She concurrently worked with other entities (insurance etc.) to take the weight off of us and made the purchasing process as seamless and smooth as possible.
