      I'm still gonna give them a 5 star rating because I've been banking with them for years. I will say however I'm switching to another credit union for my main banking after 25 years.

      been with this bank for years. will rob you for not having enough money in your bank account and pretend they are not the problem- blaming other third parties for THEIR ach fees. this is not a community based credit union. go somewhere else. this has happened to me multiple times here. over 10 years i’ve been with them since i was 17 years old. took and paid off loans with them. awful service, not willing to help. i closed out my account and have NO intention of returning- if you need a credit union that isn’t run by clowns you can find app credit unions with no fees and genuinely have YOUR interest at heart.

      Seriously thinking about closing our account. I work 2nd shift and every time I try to look at my account online after midnight, it always says system unavailable. I've tried every single night this week and it's the same thing every night. This is unacceptable! I never have this problem with my other account at a different credit union.
