      Amazing customer service! And, super quick loan approval! 2 days ago found car online at local dealership. Called FSU CU during lunch break to get pre-approved (current loan promo is best rate we could find). Selected loans in automated phone system and Sheree picked up right away. She took info over phone and submitted request before my 30 minute lunch was over. We were pre-approved by the time I got off work, went to dealership, bought car, and drove it home. Yesterday morning emailed buyer order to Sheree. She had loan approved same day. Signed loan docs using cell phones…very easy. We wanted to hand deliver check to dealership. Sheree made it happen. CU actually stayed opened a few minutes after 5pm for us. Highly recommend Sheree and FSU CU. Thank you so much!!

      This banks policy Involves huge amounts of theft from its customers. I would recommend any other banking establishment unless you want to pay extremely high fees (nearly double the principle) on a loan. Have a great day!
