  Jacob Polk and Blaire Bussey” the magician “ were an absolute blessing that helped me this past week. Both are very genuine in nature, organized, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Walking in, I was worried due to my previous experiences at multiple dealerships through the week. But, as soon as I met Jacob, he assured me that I will be taken care of and that I can finally breath. Then he told me of the magician which turned out to be Blaire Bussey and he definitely worked a miracle. Kraft these are two gems that you have and I am honored and blessed to have worked with them in my time of need. No task or request was too large and it was done with a smile, an authentic heart, quality and care. Nissan is one of the best. 🥰 Thank You All! Proud to be apart of the Nissan Family ❤️

  I lived for some time in Tallahassee and took my Nissan Altima for a few times for oil change, and tire rotation, at Kraft Nissan (authorized dealer) today I live in Fort Mill, South Carolina and brought the vehicle to Rock Hill Nissan, (also authorized dealer) for oil change and tire rotation, and I was informed that a part of my car's engine oil had leaked, and the screw where the oil drains was totally loose, all the leaked oil accumulated in the tray below of the carter, which ended up making my detection difficult, very unhappy, unprofessional and amateur attitude of a dealership that charges dearly for a simple service.

  We do see you have serviced with us several times and we take your statement seriously. After reviewing your visits we see no findings of an oil leak documented. We pride ourselves on being transparent and would gain nothing by not disclosing this type of finding. We have always operated with integrity and hope that all Nissan dealerships share that same operation. If you were still living in the area we would be more than happy to readdress your concerns by bringing your vehicle to the dealership.

  I'm extremely dissatisfied with Nissan's services. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm today. Unfortunately, I didn't leave until 4:30 pm. That's ridiculous! I was here to get a recall and standard oil change. Please don't email me no surveys because you will not like my feedback. I appreciate your apologies Mr. Mike, but it won't suffice!

  We do apologize for any delays or miscommunication as to how long your recent visit would take. Typically an oil and filter change, along with a multipoint inspection takes about an hour and 45 minutes. With the recall performed as well, the visit timing sounds correct.
