  Pleasant experience there today - opened my first business checking account! I'm glad a friendly bank is right down the street from where I live and they have all the online and mobile capabilities that the big banks offer

  WORST hours. They only have hours when most people are at work. Can not instant transfer into any account so I can never deposit money unless I wait 3 days for transfers. I found another...more convenient...bank. thanks for the response which does not address my complaint. I tried to call and I waited over 1 hour before I hung up

  I've got to share how wonderful the employees are at this branch.! They have been calling just to check in with me during this unprecedented time in our history and are truly caring individuals. I'm a senior and appreciate such thoughtfulness. They aren't trying to get me involved in any additional services, just calling to let me know I'm valued and cared about as a human being...I'm not rich but they make me feel like gold every time I speak to them...If your genuinely looking for that personal connection with a financial institution, go here. You cant find better! Thanks to all!
