  Friendly & helpful staff. Never a long wait inside or in drive through. Good location and my favorite bank thus far, after using TD, PNC, and Bank of America in the past. I never have any issues with this bank whatsoever. Several employers I've worked for all happened to also use Fulton which is very helpful when cashing/depositing checks, as there's never a hold or delay in receiving the available funds. Also I like that they offer deposits through the ATM if you're not able to get there during business hours, the mobile app is also very convenient for checking balances, transferring funds, depositing checks if you can't get to the bank at all, and setting up automatic bill payments. Overall, a great bank.

  The bank tellers are Pleasant but for whatever ungodly reason they go so slow!!!! Even to make a deposit takes forever I've been sitting here at least 20 minutes it's not like I'm trying to take money out I'm putting money in. And it's everytime.

  Every single.time ive been there without fail, THEY ARE INEXPLICABLY SSSLLLOOOOWWWWWWWW. Worst customer service. EVERY TIME!! They have the worst hrs of all the banks i deal with and then they have the cars sitting in drive thru for EXTENDED periods of time that doesnt even make sense for what we're all here for! THEY RUN OUT THE CLOCK TIL THEY CLOSE EVERY TIME! I sat there WITHOUT MOVING UP IN LINE ONCE FOR 18 MINS!! This is habitual.Today made my mind up to switch banks now bc of this repetitive inconvenient stressful nonsense.
