  Friendly & helpful staff. Never a long wait inside or in drive through. Good location and my favorite bank thus far, after using TD, PNC, and Bank of America in the past. I never have any issues with this bank whatsoever. Several employers I've worked for all happened to also use Fulton which is very helpful when cashing/depositing checks, as there's never a hold or delay in receiving the available funds. Also I like that they offer deposits through the ATM if you're not able to get there during business hours, the mobile app is also very convenient for checking balances, transferring funds, depositing checks if you can't get to the bank at all, and setting up automatic bill payments. Overall, a great bank.

  December my bank card was hacked, I immediately canceled and waited for a new card five weeks later no card they canceled that card ordered a new one five weeks later no card this went on three tries I called customer service and they finally expedited me out a card no charge because of all the trouble I went through and then he said I don't know why your bank branch in Williamstown did not offer this to you. Terrible customer service they do not care when they could have went the extra mile to help me like the customer service like the customer service did.

  Charges atm fees most banks don’t charge. No thank you I will go to republic bank instead. Customer service is better they aren’t rude and not to mention they open longer and on Sundays.
