      This bank is ridiculous. Don’t bother going here. It’s terrible. The aren’t even open inside so when you pull up you’re 20 deep in line for the drive through. They don’t care about their customers. 20 cars in line outside and one teller. They show you they really care

      The tellers are always smiling and happy. However we went to refinance our vehicle and the person who was helping us seemed to be bothered at the fact we were doing so. Did absolutely nothing for us, asking for information NOTHING! But somehow the estimate, mind you with absolutely NO information, was so much higher than what we’re already paying, and a year after having the vehicle. Looking for another bank that will at least try to help their customers. Been with this bank for almost 5 years and was our first time trying to do something other than just checking.
