      Terrible customer service, was told they only open account by 4pm, got there at 4:03 as soon as I got done with work(crazy to have a job during bank hours) and was still told they couldnt do it. Also cant open an account on Saturdays cause they don't open their lobby. Hopefully I can find somewhere that will allow me to make an account, build credit and maybe even finance a loan. Sucks for them planned on being a member for a long time. Never had this problem in wisconsin
