      We were referred to Steve through our realtor after another lender had told us unequivocally we would be unable to qualify for a conventional home loan. Steve was not only able to get us qualified for a conventional home loan but he did it quickly and at a great interest rate. The first company we had used tried to place us in an FHA loan that would be requiring an extra $205/mo for PMI. Those terms were just not something we were willing to accept while we were putting a 33% ($150,000) down payment on the home that the seller had already accepted the offer for. So needless to say time was of the essence and Steve worked quickly to get us into a loan we were very happy with! His entire team really excelled at not only the work they did behind the scenes but also their communication through every phase. The weekly videos from Asia really helped keep our minds at ease as the process moved along. Also the speed at which they returned emails , calls or text messages are just something not common in this hectic business. We would highly recommend the Gaylord-Hansen team for any of your mortgage needs! My family and I are absolutely thrilled to be moving into our forever home and it would not have been possible without the work Steve and his team did! We are and will remain forever grateful!!
