  Geoff and his team, including Fraser, Stacy, and Erica, are extremely knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop. His team is very knowledgeable and very professional, and very efficient in making sure we beat any deadlines, and always looking out for my best interests. He and his team were extremely communicative and helped me get smoothly through the complicated loan process in a timely manner along a very shortened timeline.   I've recommended Geoff as my go-to lender to my clients since 2018 (I'm a real estate agent) AND I have used Geoff's services personally with two purchases and two refis. I always recommend Geoff to clients who haven't spoken with a lender yet because he's a wealth of knowledge, great at explaining the mortgage process and super responsive. Most of my clients state that they plan on speaking with multiple lenders, but after their conversation with Geoff - they generally decide just to work with him because they're so impressed. Geoff will take care of you like a good friend would - he is knowledgeable on all the things that could go wrong and has a solution for them all ahead of time, and will advise you on what the best approach based on your personal situation  (without any pushiness or self-serving motives). When you work with someone who is dealing with your money, and the biggest purchase of your life, this is important!  You want someone you can trust and you want to know they have YOUR best interest in mind - and Geoff always will!!
