      Customer service is impeccable. Account options are great. Very friendly tellers. Little wait sometimes, but its a bank. What you gonna do?

      My daughter is a full time student in Florida but still has her mother's address (passed away) on her license. On a recent visit to Augusta, a teller and bank manager refused to serve her and called her "shady" because of the address on her license. Also recently, while trying to transfer a paycheck to another account via telephone, the customer service agent and my daughter had a disagreement and the agent began talking to her in an unprofessional way (smart-mouthing her) and apparently locked all access to her account. Her PIN number has been changed and she has zero access to the money in her account. We are returning to Augusta next week to close her account.
