      I've been with this Federal credit Union for over 10 years and they have been nothing but absolutely the best; their online app is easy, but when it makes changes, yes, I have to adjust a little bit, but not much & I still can use it..➕ I'm 62 years old..

      -The mobile app doesnt work -The customer service is alright which is one reason I gave a 3 -It closes early for my pay day -They dont tell you that your card is locked. -Their cards are very nice looking (another reason I gave a 3) -And they take fraud, theft, and work in general seriously.

      The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.
