  I don’t understand how anyone could complain about the staff here or their business practices. These people are amazingly helpful. They don’t call and badger you. Just stick to your agreement to pay and all is well. Scott got me into my truck and I’m very grateful.

  I just found out at the Chrysler dealership that the key to the vehicle I purchased from this place doesn't go to the vehicle. I called gateway financial and told them about the issue because I couldn't unlock my doors with the key. All they said was that's the only key we had and it was sold as is. They didn't even try to fix the issue or say sorry. I asked if they could reimburse me or something. That's the thing that got me. I paid on my vehicle on time and I even paid it off so I at least think I could've got some help to fix the issue. Just didn't care. So, I had to leave my vehicle unlock just so I can get in and out of it. And when I did get the key to unlock because I had to keep messing with it to get it to work, it opened my back doors and let my windows down. I was scared someone was going to steal my van and plus I have kids. I knew when I first walked into this place I didn't like the energy I was feeling from them and their customer service sucks, but I needed a vehicle. My thing is that they should've got the right key to the vehicle to begin with.
